I was commissioned by Nick Luscombe’s Musicity organisation to respond to part of The Low Line on the Thames South Bank as part of the London Festival Of Architecture 2019. The commission involved recording a new composition for contrabassoon duo, electronics, drum machine and activated snare drum and performing it at another location on the Low Line. Unfortunately there isn’t an archival recording of the performance, but my composition is found here.
This project was expanded to feature within the LFA 2020. As a result of the Coronavirus lockdown Musicity facilitated live streamed performances to replace the original schedule.
